Dear Parents and Carers,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the school will only be open to Year 11 students undertaking their GCSE exams on Friday 6^th June 2025. School will be closed to all other students in recognition of Eid Al-Adha. Learning will be accessible via online platforms on this day for those students not celebrating. This decision has been made in line with other schools across our Trust and is intended to support our families and teacher colleagues who will be celebrating this important occasion. Provision will be made for students with EHCP plans and other vulnerable students via the safeguarding team.

We understand the value of sharing in and respecting the diverse traditions within our school community, and we hope this allows those observing Eid Al-Adha to celebrate with their families and loved ones.

School will resume as normal on Monday 9th June.
