At Grove Academy we never forget that parents entrust us with one of the most important and rewarding jobs in the world, the education of their children.

For us, that means unlocking the potential within every child, developing them into happy, confident and capable young adults ready for the world ahead. We pride ourselves on knowing all of our children and building strong partnerships with our parents and carers.

I hope our website will provide you with a brief insight into some of the great work we are doing to provide an excellent education for students who attend Grove Academy, and to ensure that each child feels successful, welcome and included.

Standards and high expectations are very important to us and we are extremely proud of the many achievements of students and staff at the academy. We aim to excite young people about their learning and to celebrate their successes. Our staff have a passionate commitment to inspire through excellent teaching and learning opportunities and high quality support built on strong relationships. We welcome students of all abilities who are taught in both mixed ability and set groups.

Our approach enables everyone to develop the skills and knowledge required to be responsible and considerate individuals prepared for the demands of our ever-changing multicultural society. We place a high emphasis on positive behaviour which ensures the academy is an inclusive, happy and safe place within which to learn.
